How is the Help desk useful? How to create a service ticket using the help desk?
The Help desk is useful for raising tickets related to the client or vendor or within the company purpose.
Step-1 From the left menu bar select the “Service Desk” and click on the “Help Desk”.
Step-2 You will redirect to “Manage/My service request”.
Step-3 Click on the “Add” button from the top right corner.
