How to add a Defect & Enhancement to a project?

Step-1 From the left menu bar Select the “Service Desk” module and click on “Defects & Enhancements”.

Step-2 Here, you will redirect to “Manage Tickets”. Click on the Add defect & Enhancement button from the top right corner.

Step-3 While adding we can select the project from the Project drop-down.
