How to create a campaign in crm? How is it helpful?
Step -1 From the left menu bar select the “CRM” module and click on “Campaigns”.
Step -2 You will redirect to the “ Manage Campaigns “ page.
Step -3 Click on the “Add Campaign “ button in the top right corner.
Here are a few ways you can use the campaigns module:
1 Maintain the marketing campaigns data including the status, budget & spent.
2 Map the campaigns to the leads/opportunities generated so that you can track the return on investment.
