How to Apply Appraisal to An Employee?

Note: Design/UI/Button/Terms might change in order to provide a better user experience. Users are suggested to read this article in order to have a basic understanding of the ORGTraq Software.

Step 1- From the left menu bar go to Human resources> Select Appraisal Management> Select Manage Appraisal Forms.


Step 2- Click on Send appraisal Form request.


Step 3- Here users can select the already sent appraisal form or can add a new appraisal form from here.


Step 4- Click on appraisal ID and click on Send Appraisal.


Step 5- Next select the employee name to whom you want to send the appraisal. Here you can also select the reviewer who needs to review the appraisal of the employee.


Step 6- Next click on the Send Appraisal button to send the appraisal form to the employee.
