How to Create/Add Appraisal Form?
Note: Design/UI/Button/Terms might change in order to provide a better user experience. Users are suggested to read this article in order to have a basic understanding of the ORGTraq Software.
Step 1- From the left menu bar Go to Human resources> Select Appraisal Management> Select Appraisal Forms.
Step 2- Click on the add appraisal form button.
Step 3- Add questions and save the appraisal form.
