Where Can I Create/Define Access Groups?

Note: Design/UI/Button/Terms might change in order to provide a better user experience. Users are suggested to read this article in order to have a basic understanding of the ORGTraq Software.

Go to Settings 🡪 Access & Security from the left menu bar. 


Click on Access Groups from the top menu list. One may grant or revoke functionality access to users with Access Groups. 


To create Access Group, click Create Access Group🡪 Give Access Group Name, Select Functionality / Menus / Pages in the Functionality section. 


One may assign employees to the access group by going to Edit mode of Access Group or assigning from the Manage Resources section. 


In Edit mode, select the Assign Employees tab to select employees. You may also restrict access to employees / Users based on Business Unit
