Where Can I Define the Password Strength & Criteria?

Go to Settings 🡪 Access & Security from the left menu bar. Click on Password Settings from the top menu list. 

The settings here would apply to all users across the ORGTraq system. 

One may create a business rule to set a login password and define criteria for blocking a user with unsuccessful login attempts.
