What is meant by "Upcoming Action Items" in Leads/Opportunities?

Let's say a client tells you to call back/set a meeting/make a physical visit/send an email or you want to get reminded to do a task.


Having thousands of leads as a salesperson, it is really hard for you to remember everything. That's where we added the "Upcoming action items" tab in leads and opportunities.


CRM > Leads/Opportunities > Manage/My Leads/Opportunities
