Where Can I Create/Manage Territories?

Note: Design/UI/Button/Terms might change in order to provide a better user experience. Users are suggested to read this article in order to have a basic understanding of the ORGTraq Software.


Step 1: From the left side menu bar select the “CRM” module and click on “Leads” from the menu dropdown. (CRM > Leads)

Step 2: You will be redirected to the leads dashboard. From the top menu bar click on “Manage Territories”.

Step 3: Click on “Add Territory” from the top right corner.

Step 4: Fill in the territory name and add the employees you want to allocate the territory.


You can always edit the territory name or add/remove employees from the territory at any later point of time.
