Define Project Buckets and Project Areas under buckets.

Project Bucket is a way to broadly group tasks at the top level. Project Area is a way to subgroup tasks.

Assign Project Area to all related Tasks. You may link a Task to a Project Area in two ways:

1. In Buckets\Project Areas page, click on the (+)Add icon in the Tasks column or

2. From Manage Projects or My Projects menu, open Project and select Edit Task from the action menu (Three dot icon on far left to the Task).

In the Edit Task screen, select a Project Area. Some good examples for Buckets and Project Areas are

Scenario 1: In a Civil Construction project, one may define 1st Floor, 2nd Floor, etc., as Buckets. Under each Bucket, one may define Project Areas as Slab, Block Work, Flooring, Plastering, etc.

Scenario 2: One may define Mobile Development as a Bucket in a software project, and Project Areas could be Android and iOS under the Bucket.
