What Is The Difference Between Manage Projects and My Projects?

Manage Projects is supervisory access to the Projects module.
A user who has access to Manage Projects can edit all the projects created by any user in the system or create a project without restriction.
My Projects tab shows only the projects that are either made by the user or assigned to the user.
Users will see the project in My Projects if at least one of the tasks is given to the user or a Project Champion.
