Where can I add a reminder for a future sales activity?
Being a salesperson it's really hard to remember all the activities such as calling back/setting a meeting/making a physical visit/sending an email or just a task.
"Upcoming Action Items" will help you have a track of all the activities at a glance.
Here are the steps to add a reminder for any future sales activity:
1. Go to Leads/Opportunities > Manage/My Leads/Opportunities
2. Open a Leads/Opportunity, you want to add an activity.
3. Click on the "Activity" tab to add an activity.
4. In order to get a reminder before the activity schedule you check on the reminder checkbox and set a reminder accordingly.
All the activity added is visible in the "Upcoming Action Items" tab on the My/Manage Leads/Opportunities page.
